Available as a 3 week journey, or sessions every 2 weeks

This commitment to yourself is a chance to build a strong foundation in the transformative power of the Conscious Connected Breath. It's where deep shifts can come about as you offer yourself the space to recognise and release emotional imprints that may be holding you back. Tensions or stress tend to dissipate and greater happiness, balance or calm arise. As you connect deeply to yourself the body speaks, and often insight drops in or next steps become filled with ease. 

 

Sessions are varied as the body releases different layers of holding or patterning, so we use a variety of tools.

What you receive from the
Three Week Experience

  • Initial consultation - Optional clarity call before the first session

  • 3 x Breathwork Coaching Sessions (Up to 2 hours each) 

  • We’ll discuss anything that’s arising for you now, anything you’d like to move past and what you’d like to create, bring about, embody moving forward. The session will be cocreated around what arises.

  • The middle of this session is focused around the practice of Breathwork. We use the Conscious Connected Breathing technique throughout and I offer a breath pattern analysis. 

  • We stay with the breath for 1 hour to help release holding patterns in the body and mind. Other tools that may be blended into these bespoke sessions include yoga postures carefully chosen for what arises, intuitive movement, massage, affirmation, sound, visualisation and coaching/self enquiry and a spacious deep receiving time to integrate the process. 

  • We close with space and coaching afterwards to discuss anything that has arisen and decide on some next steps and the focus for next time. 

  • Optional support between sessions. I’ll check in to see how you are after each session.
